I have met with Mark Gianni and am happy to be working with him. He is professional, clear in explanation, and a straight shooter. I was in need of someone to help learn how to set up the finances of my new business and ensure stability while helping me learn what I'm doing. Mark has done and I expect will continue to do so for me.

As a small business owner, service member and local resident of Cape Cod I cannot recommend Gianno & Freda and was truly disappointed in the service I received from them. They will charge you for simply replying to your emails and will send you surprise bills half a year after you pay them.
Our relationship started off great with Mark Gianno willing to sit down with me and explain how they could help with our business taxes. We filed our first year with them and although they weren't willing to help us itemize or go beyond the standard deductions that we could have worked out ourselves using H&R block or Turbotax, I thought we had a established a relationship and figured we'd continue. Now in November, roughly 8 months after filing and paying our invoice for the meetings and filing service with them, we received a ~$200 surprise bill for a single reply to an email back in April. When I explained to them that I thought it was strange to bill us 8 months after the fact and that it wasn't fair practice to bill us for an email reply (when we've already paid for prior meetings and services), Mark called back screaming into the phone accusing me of trying to get free services. If Gianno & Freda truly feel that nickel and diming their customers for email replies is the way to run their business, they at least need to do the right thing and let their customers know this is their standard practice! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I am writing this update after having just received a phone call from Mark Gianno threatening myself and my wife. We are about to go to the police to file a report but we wanted to make it clear that these people are absolutely terrifying. Mark called and said that if we didn't take down our yelp review that we would "seriously regret it" and that he would post all kinds of information about us that we "wouldn't like". As a small business owner who TRUSTED these people with our tax, social security and business information I am horrified!
