We had a great time for my daughter's 9th birthday. So much to do for the kid and the adults enjoyed it just as much. The pirates and princess activities were cute.
Took my daughter and her friends for her 10th birthday. Of course the girls start giggling and tell me to look up to see a lifeguard making inappropriate gestures with a water bottle through the railings with his private area on top of that light house tower to entertain the other lifeguards who were laughing. Spent almost $300 to get us all in. Staff could be a little more respectful with little ones running around
Not worth the price at all and I went with a Groupon for $25. Note it was winter.
We went for a March weekend to try to kick out the winter blahs. The indoor pool/play area is a lot of fun the little ones though I wish there was a way to dampen the noise, it's all concrete/tile surfaces so the sound of lots of happily screaming kids reverberates and amplifies.
Literally the only positive thing I can say is the reception desk for the hotel gave us 1 free pass since we came as a big group.
The lights have been flashing on and off in what I can only assume is to be atmospheric however it just comes off like they have not paid the electric bill with florescent lights turning on and off.
Water slightly colder then would have been nice.
Food place was not open even though there more employees then customers there and they stillnot allow you to bring food.
Great time with our 6 kids. Lots to do and equipment is in great shape! Clean too. The "stormy river" is a fun surprise. The snack shop was closed (during the week) so feeding the kids was annoying as we couldn't bring food in and the vending machine only goes so far for hungry bellies. Overall a really fun day with the kids!
Good family place.
We found the rooms clean and comfortable and the restaurants good if unspectacular. All in all a great place for a cold weather family get away.
There are also no lounge chairs at all. Plan to relax? Forget it. You sit ridgidly upright and you like it!
Smaller then expected.
It seems crazy but there is literally no swimming pool. You can get in a hot tub, wave pool, or shot in the face with water on the lazy river but there is no place to actually swim.
