Best hardware store in Hyannis. Local and friendly
I went in today with a broken key that had been broken off at the neck and twisted. I had already taken it to aubuchon and botellos and they wouldn't even try to make the copy. Took the key to Bradford's and left within 10 minutes with a key that worked perfectly for the truck. They put in the extra effort and gave it a shot and without them I would've been stuck in a snow storm.
It's shopping at a Major Hardware Store but with the home town feel & Pricing! Everyone knows my name when I go in and they always ask how my last Home Project went and are interested enough to ask for pictures, you can just tell that the Bradfords Customer cares a great deal for their customers and are always willing to go that extra step to make your "the customer's" life that much easier, Keep It up guys, I love your store!
This store, an Ace Hardware store is the a typical American hardware store. Creaking floors, no A.C. but this is made up for with a huge selection of hardware fare, over the top excellent friendly and helpful staff and Ace Hardware Card discounts when they come along. If you need a hardware item and Bradford doesn't have it they will get it for you. A year round Hyannis business, Bradford boasts a loyal customer base (me to) and a seasonally adjusted selection of items for every time of year. Bradford is "our" hardware store.
