I had a terrible experience at this place. I purchased a quart of paint and placed the can on the floor of my car the lid wasn't shut properly and the first turn I made it spilled all over my floor mats. I went over the next morning TO BUY MORE PAINT and one of the guys treated me with out respect saying that is not their fault that I knocked the can in my car. First of all I wasn't asking anything for free I was there to buy more paint and second he was not the one that I was talking to. Even if I was asking for free paint he had no rights to treat me the way he did I dont know if he is a manager or owner or who he is but she should learn how to treat customers. Bad experience, terrible customer service.
Terrible.... I walk in with a sample piece of wood to have it color matched ready to do the job on my day off there are 3 employees behind the counter and one other person in the store ahead of me finishing up his order, I ask for a color match and the guy says we take 24 hours to do color matchs can you come back tomorrow and leave the sample... I said no I'm looking to get this project done today and he states we don't do color match during the day because it takes to much time and we don't like to get hung up on it, I look around and I'm the only one at the counter, he says would you like to come back late today or tomorrow I say no again and take my sample and go elsewhere where they actually try to help customers..... are you kidding me 3 guys behind the counter and no one in the store and they tell me to come back in 24! Hrs Don't go there
