If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I simply went I need to exchange a ring and was treated like trash. I got the wrong size in a ring as a gift a few days before today. I wore if for about two days and realized it was just too loose on my finger. I didn't plan on making a trip to the mall for just the ring, but I happened to need something else at the mall today so it was a last minute desicion for me to walk into the store. First the sales associates were in deep conversation and had me wait for them to notice me and then made it seem as if I was disturbing them. I asked if it was possible to exchange the size of the ring for another without my receipt because I had left it at home. I explained I just got it a few days ago and you could tell by the one women's eye roll that they thought I was trying to pull one over on them. I proceeded to take off the ring and the women examined it, which I understand because you can't return a heavily damaged ring she gave me the rudest stare, slams the book on the counter and swaps out the sizes with out saying one word to me. When I asked if it was damaged and she said "yeah you've clearly had it for longer than three days, it has two big scratches on it". I'm a retail assistant manager, I know what it is like to be rude to a costumer and nice at the same time. She was the rudest sales associate I have ever come across. To think I would EVER go back there is obsurd. The service is terrible and you know as soon as you leave they will talk poorly and complain about you. Worst store in the mall.
