My guy ordered a pizza from there and was waiting over an hour and when he called to ask where his pizza was, they told him they already came and knocked on my door and there was no answer, now mind you....I live in an apartment and the only way anyone can get in is through the buzzer. Our buzzer never went off so how did you get in in the first place to knock on my door?! They told him this has occurred several times before. lol something is sketchy with this place and they seem dishonest. They told him they would not deliver his pizza. Lol you lost yourself a customer! Or quite a few bc I am going to put the word out to all I know not to order from there. Thanks for you genuine honesty and great customer service...

Ordered online accidentally punched wrong phone number. Driver came to street but never knocked on door. I called when i noticed on confirmation that phone number was wrong called store and they refused to deliver it back and we are 1.6 miles away. Rediculous!!!!!!!!
They would not deliver to Cape Cod Inn or Hyannis Harbor Hotel on Main Street. Manager refused to give her name. Declined service to an out of town firefighter and police officer.
Delivery is sucks , I order online my order was out for delivery at 9:52 and the freaking deliver was on my house 10:23 . and my house is 2 minute away from there . is ridiculous my order was cool . I call there store and they don't care about it . F... Dominos , papa john is better .
