I was a patient at Physical Therapy Solutions for about 2 months while healing from a foot injury. I worked with Lisa Smith, and she was wonderful. She and the entire team were positive, welcoming, professional and very helpful. Lisa was patient and took the time to explain the exercises in a way I could understand and remember them. My foot is fully healed thanks to the method and Lisa's skills & guidance. I highly recommend them.
My wife had Lisa and I had Kristin work on us for frozen shoulder and rotator cuff repair. Kristin has a great operation and a great staff. They are above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. We actually ended up overpaying a little and they cut us a check after all the billing was settled.
