The staff at Duffy is great. They are thorough, compassionate and professional. The only negative is there are not enough of them causing long wait times for appointments and unless you are on point with advocating for yourself you will fast become lost in the bureaucracy.
Appointments generally run very timely. Friendly caring staff. Non judgemental and really there to help with medical issues and behavioral health. You will get out of it what you put into it. Convenient location in downtown Hyannis.
Great place to take care of all your health needs. Physical, phycological, and spiritual.
If I could put negative for this place I would. In considerate staff nurse practitioners don't have enough knowledge about many ailments and don't know how to read blood draw results. The most important thing to them is getting drug addicts "clean and sober" while people who have medical issues are not given proper care. Avoid this place unless you need to stop using because they've become a place predominantly for that purpose.
Comprehensive health care as it should be delivered. Incredibly dedicated and hard working staff.
All in all my experiences have been positive. I wish they could clone themselves so they could help more people and not have to wait weeks or months for an appointment.
