When we finally got to ordering drinks, we asked for 2 beers. There was only 1 in the cooler. The person at the counter went in the back for a minute and then sent someone else out to tell us there were no more. Might be helpful to have a sign saying no beer was available. The reason we went there in the first place was because we wanted a beer. So we ordered a couple of margaritas. Went to our table and after about 5 minutes I went to find out where the drinks were and the person behind the counter finally started to make them. The supposed manager seemed to think she did not have to do anything to help anyone out and was quite rude. Brown rice was grossly undercooked, so I couldn't even eat it.
We thought the chips were stale but we figured out they were undercooked. The lettuce used for my wife's meal was subpar. The restaraunt was also dirty in appearance with food on the floor. Also, no toilet paper in women's bathroom. We like Chipotle but not this one. Worst Chipotle experience ever.
3rd class service , They were not ready to preapre more rice which was finished and Rice is base of all there items. They kept us waiting for rice and after smtime they said we cant make anymore. Such a disappointment.
One star is too generous. I've never been prompted to do this, but I'll never go here again. Person ahead of us had a super complicated order and was very demanding, and none of the other workers stepped up to help. i will say that the young man helping this very difficult customer kept his cool, even when she claimed she had asked for something when we had clearly heard the opposite.
Good food, good service and cold beer.
The food is good but when I got my burrito bowl my guacamole was a really dark green and I kinda feel sick I choose qudoba better.
