Terrible customer service. I'm from mashpee. I call and ask for them to look up sneakers. They say they have them and will hold them. Got there in 35 mins. First I noticed the terrible customer service to others from the beginning and so did the person I was with. (They mentioned it first) anyway. They didn't "have them asked me 3 times "we said we would hold them?" Waste of gas and time for no reason. Whatsoever
