For a “good will” you should probably make sure your “employees” are good natured, because the two I just met had an attitude like you wouldn’t believe.
Prices were high than other goodwills I have been in and the staff was rude.
Decent price and good selection but the staff was very rude. The young man who rang me up acted like me being there was a huge inconvenience for him. I purchased 3 items. If you don't want customers to come and purchase the products sold at the store you work at then you shouldn't be in retail.
Large variety of men's and women's clothes. A variety of household goods. Reasonable prices and always something on sale. Bring your own bag or they will charge you a buck a piece to get one of theirs.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a goodwill! My fiancé and I brought over a car full of clothes and household items to donate to help the less fortunate and the workers turned us away because they “couldn’t sell” any of it. I’m sorry but my opinion of a goodwill is to help the less fortunate not make a profit off of what your selling. The workers were extremely rude and ripped through everything we brought and then left us to pick it all up. The customer service here needs to change drastically!!! Will never step foot in this store again never mind another goodwill again!!
