This practice is awful! DO NOT GO HERE! Dirty, outdated office - awful staff and very questionable business tactics! They have a notorious reputation throughout Barnstable, stay away!
I'm a paramedic and I know Patient Abandonment when I see it, not to mention a complete lack of integrity and professionalism.
Here at Centerville Family Dental is a Dr. Peter Russo who I've had an appointment with for over a month now, and while I'm sitting in his office with my daughter (20 minutes after when I was scheduled), he refuses to give me the fillings I have been scheduled for because I requested my dental records and am considering changing practices. He said "Get them at your new practice" and walks out of the room.
This guy has NO business practicing. Bad apple and I hope Mass Dental Society does their due diligence in investigating him. I'm certainly not the first to complain.
Dr. Russo's behavior is consistently inappropriate and unprofessional. He is unaware of his appointment schedule, made my sixteen year old feel uncomfortable, and completely attacked me verbally. My family has been long time patients of Centerville Dental and Mill Pond Dental, but after the third instance of completely inappropriate conduct, this last time in front of my 8 yr. old, we will be leaving both practices.
