I presented for a two-appointment procedure to prepare and place a crown on my tooth. I was promptly prepared by Gretta, Dr. Booth's assistant. The entire preparation went smoothly and pleasantly thanks to the professional and loving care of this team. Dr. Booth and DA Gretta monitored me throughout and responded to make my experience a great one I enjoyed. I was treated like "John", not merely the 11:30 patient. My crown came back a few days early so Malissa called to offer an earlier appointment. It was another nice experience. Office Manager Trish manages my benefits and visits with a special touch. I am very fortunate to be a patient of the General Dentistry of Cape Cod practice.
I've been going here for years, the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel like they genuinely care about the health of my teeth. Dr. Uzpurvis always informs me of the procedure and what to expect, Tricia keeps my appointments and insurance in order, Laura H. stays on me about taking proper care, and Melissa is a wonderful assistant to the Dr.
