Having been a patient of Dr. Benoit for 14 years I know him to be a caring, competent physician. The fact that his integrity has been placed in question is a tragedy. The details of this case appear to have been swept under a rug in the name of sensational headlines. Pitiful. This guy has helped a lot of people during his years in practice. Give his license back, the Cape needs good Primary Care Physicians.
Benoit lost his license in May for overprescribing narcotics. The reason for this suspension was that "[Benoit] poses an immediate and serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare". Fewer hard drugs on the streets is a good thing.
This so called doctor killed my son by over -prescribing oxycodone. He is a drug dealer without a conscience and be in prison.
As!Hole was in charge of my 82 year old mothers health I swear he had something to do with her death!!
