Overall, great experience, however, we bought a platform bed for our daughter and the salesman neglected to tell us that we would need to also buy a bunky board for the bed. We assumed that all of the necessary parts came with the bed. Other than that, we are very happy with B&P's and will continue to shop there in the future!
I wish I can give this place negative stars. We bought $6000 worth of furniture. When we bought everything they said it should be 3-4 weeks for everything to be delivered. We are going past 1 1/2 months and we are still missing our dining room chairs and hutch. On top of all this the table was not put together correctly. We are still waiting to hear when the replacement is coming. They have not reached out to us, it has been us who have been calling for updates. The Customer service is horrendous, they are worthless. We went with them because they could get it sooner than the other places. We regret buying from here. We will let everyone know to avoid this place!!

We special ordered 2 wall recliners in the spring and not even 5 months later they both look like they are 6 - 8 years old with normal wear and use in our living room. Their customer service tells us it is "pilling from our clothing" and that we should have them "professionally cleaned"! What, after not even 5 months. Why didn't the salesperson in Hyannis tell us the fabric we chose would wear so horribly. Two matching recliners that I now want to give to charity, but charity probably would refuse them. After purchasing at least 6 - 8 pieces of furniture from this outfit over the years . . . I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO NEVER GO THERE!!! Their customer service stinks!
