I bought a couch last year that I had been saving forever to buy. We had to have it delivered since we don't have a truck. That it self wad a nightmare. We lived on a base so I informed the delivery company that the drivers HAD TO HAVE their id's in order to come on base prior to scheduling the delivery. The day of the delivery we had 2 guys and only 1 of them had an ID. So they had to go drop the other guy off since we couldn't be within distance of the base without an ID. I literally had major shoulder surgery 7 weeks before the delivery of my couch and unfortunately I had to help the 1 driver get the couch off the truck and into my house using my 1 good arm. Upon delivery of the couch I noticed that the undersides of the couch were torn up. The driver said that I had to contact the company so they could send a replacement. So I emailed them back and forth for a week or so with pictures and contact info about the couch. They said that they would replace it but here it is almost a year to the day of when I bought the couch and I STILL HAVE THE TORN COUCH!!! Never again will I buy from Cardis. The sales people in the actual store were helpful and nice. But rheumatology delivery company, drivers and the stores customer service center are the worst. It's disheartening to be a military member and have someone just treat you terribly and not replace the damaged item within a timely manner.

Bought a decent sectional with a 2 year warranty. Within 8 months the spring in one cushion was pushing through and the other cushions that we actually used were all warped and deformed. Tried to file a claim in store, required us to do it online, wouldn't process online. By the time we actually got a claim processed months had passed, they told us springs were no longer covered after that time. I will never buy from a cardis again, if you're going to spend money on furniture, it's not cheap anyways, may as well invest in something better than Cardis terrible products and even worse custom service.
Purchased a sofa and loves seat here. No complaints.
