Becky is rude. Didn't even get half way into the salon and you could tell she had no customer service skills. My fiance came here about a month ago and hated his haircut. When I told him I was coming here he told me not to. Should have listened! Wait times aren't accurate her either, seems like there is no communication between the woman in this place.
I have been a customer for 5 years and have always had a fantastic cut, color and highlight. I usually have the same stylist, however I have also had 3 different stylists and all have been superb. They listen to my request and together with their suggestions I've always had a great experience. I call ahead and times waited. If they are busy they'll ask if I'd like to return at a later time. I highly recommend Supercuts Hyannis for their professionalism, talented and experienced stylists .
Jen paid attention to detail and did an amazing job fixing a disaster haircut from another salon. I feel and look so much better! Thank you Jen!
Good cuts fair prices.
Best. Haircut. Ever... Literally. I've never had to wait longer than 15 mins. The staff are the nicest and friendliest girls in the world (and not to mention smoking hot). The prices are VERY REASONABLE. Every time I go in, which is about every 2 weeks, they always treat me like they've known me for years. I don't even have to tell them what I want, they just know. Always ask how life and work is going... I mean its just an incredible experience every time. Along with all the eye candy walking around in there... 5 stars all day every day. Keep it up girls
