A great Motel with both indoor and outdoor pools. Huge free ice machine, free continental breakfast with excellent coffee. Located on Historic Main Street Hyannis. A 5 minute walk to the ferry to Nantucket and a 1 minute walk to all the Hyannis attractions. An easy stroll for kids, seniors, families and couples to great restaurants.
stayed for 4 nights, overall not bad at all for the price we payed (cheapest rate around). right on main strip, we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat. a 2 mile walk to the beach, wasn't so bad. close to shops, stores and restaurants. the bed was comfy and service came in once a day to give us extra things. room wasn't huge but it was good enough for 2 people to stay in. the only downfall was the light coming in the room very early, and noise upstairs of people running around all night and during early morning hours. the breakfast could have been way better, didn't eat it at all. if we were paying for it then it should have been optional since most of it was out of a can. the pool was fine, (2 of them - indoor and outdoor at this location) overall not bad for the price at all! would come back when prices are cheaper definitely before peak season.
Nothing special, but the room was clean. Can't really complain for the price.
I stayed here two nights and there was a lot of traffic in and out of the surrounding rooms throughout the night, but i didn't feel unsafe. Probably wouldn't bring the kids here, and it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. But if you're in a jam, it'll do.
Though, there werent any towels to take a shower so i had to go to the office and ask for some. The toilet would make all sorts of running water noises like every half hour or so. There aren't many outlets and there's only a mini fridge in the room.
Decent rooms in a nice area. Room we stayed in was lacking pillows, 2 flat ones per bed, really? Out of the 10+ outlets in the room, only about 2 worked, none of which in the bathroom. Staff isn't rude, but definitely not friendly or courteous, spraying bug killer basically right in front of where we were walking. For the price, it wasn't the worst, would recommend spending an extra couple dollars for a nicer place down the road.
The rooms are large, kept spotless by a good housekeeping staff. The beds are comfortable, full A.C. in every room. Plenty of parking on a well kept property.
This motel is the absolute worst. The dirt cheap price draws in low lives and loud drunken partiers. I swear the couple across the way was a prostitute with her pimp. The girl who was dressed like a prostitute went into her room while the guy waited in the car all night. There was also an obvious drug deal right below our room. This hotel is not for a family. Pay more money and get a better environment. As for the hotel itself. The hardest worst beds in America! Woke up with back pain every morning! Pillows are flat and lumpy. Electric heating system which dries air sucks. Random windows are missing screens. The room seems clean enough but has a funky smell. Even my friends room has a funky smell. If you don't mind the classless people who come to this budget motel and don't have kids, the room is not horrible for the price. It's good for young college kids on a budget who will not mind the noise because they will probably be contributing to it.
