Looking for info on a daily pick up and return for my elderly mother. Probably going to spend $600 a month with them and they were completely unhelpful with information.
Terrible. After a four hour trip ( flight / bus ) from VA with two kids the taxi driver that was called to transport us from the transit center to the hy line boat port was crabby and extremely rude. THEN when I didn't tip him enough , he started talking about how we got a free ride. It was vouchers by the hy line. Last time I checked, he's being paid. This company needs to train its taxi drivers to have better customer service. 8/16/17
I wanted to make sure everyone knew that, this cab company helped my son when he was lost in a town that he has never been before and with no cash or credit card on hand in the middle of the night and even after the police refused to help my son. They felt that my sons safety was most important to them. They moved all the obstacles out of the way to help him get to his destination safely and we're accommodating and helpful to me with the payment arrangement. I would like to stay thank you for being an amazing company ! I will never be able to show my appreciation enough! So I truly hope you get more business from my review. You deserve more business! Thanks again you made a mother feel at ease enough to fall back sleep.

I use the taxi three to four times a week and I had never had any discomfort until today, I arrive at my house and I see that I do not have my cell phone because I called the taxi company to inform that my cell phone stayed in the taxi and I They ask if I have money they bring it to the house if I do not have to look for it in the company.
