This place takes great car of your car, they helped me after I turned a do-it-yourself project into a nightmare for myself. Brought it in and they where able to fix it same-day.
Single most dishonest tow company I have ever encountered. I was charged $90 FOR LESS THAN A 3 mile tow. Apparently its 75 just to hook up the.car and though they ” give you 5 miles they charge round trip. I have had other tow companies charge half the price for 3x the distance. I am so dissapointed with thos company, feel completely taken advantage of.... And to top.it off when I talked to tje.dispatcher she.was rude and told me I shouldn't have used their company. Fair warning folks!
I had an opposite experience with Davis Automotive towing than the previous Google review. My car broke down in the Cape on the highway... there was no breakdown lane and it was 90 degrees out and I am pregnant. Kevin from Davis Automotive was surprisingly fast in getting to my husband and I (state police did not even show up yet). He could not have been nicer to us and made what we thought would be a terrible afternoon... a positive one. He made sure we were comfortable the entire ride to north of Boston, and was friendly and happy to stop anytime I needed a restroom/snack/anything. I could not give a better review than excellent... but would have. Thank you!!!!!!
They fixed it fast, and let me know of another issue which I wasn't aware of.
I can't say enough about the fast, courteous, and professional help I received today from Davis Towing. I had never used AAA before, and didn't know what to expect, but this was in every way a positive experience. Not what you expect when your battery dies in the MacDonald's parking lot during a storm on a Sunday afternoon in February.
I also had a different experience than the one negative review. We've had work done by Davis several times as well as needed to have cars towed etc. My husband had a small accident last year and they took care of everything from towing to repair in a timely manner. They are always very fast and efficient not to mention courteous. We don't go anywhere else for auto work. :)
They also reattached my car fender which was loose for 2 years, and didn't charge or mention it!
