The mechanic took 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation for which i had a prior appointment. After the service he said my car had a "stripped lug nut" and "i could either fix it myself or they could fix it the following day" since they were about to close for the day. The apologized for the delay and said the oil change was free and i also received free wiper blades. I ended up fixing a stripped lug nut myself which exceeded the cost of the oil change. The stripped lug nut was a hassle to replace and also quite pricey. Make sure to ask the mechanic here, especially if he is behind schedule and in a hurry, if he has adequate tools (and they should not be using an impact wrench to tighten your nuts) for rotating your tires.

Jeff at Monro dropped my mothers 2011 Town and Country off of a tow truck damaging the front end. He then "fixed it". His repair or rather "neglegence" caused the driver side front suspension to collapse, which then made the wheel pop off the spindle, all while my mother was preparing to stop at a stop sign. If it happened seconds later she would have uncontrollably careened into a busy four way intersection. Do not go here.
Had my muffler fall off as I was driving into work, headed over and talked with the team there. Helped me out with my problem, but gave me a variety of solutions instead of attempting to sell me on one thing. Grateful for their honesty, integrity, and helpfulness.
