Staff helpful. Unable to find a dress for wedding

If you like the feeling of being all alone in giant store you'll love it here! The staff are helpful but kind of rare, like looking for a Snow Owl. One gets the feeling that this Macy's is dying a slow death, and is just waiting to be used in a movie scene where the killer stalks an unwitting shopper in a semi-abandoned department store. Either close the store or hire more employees.
Robert Atkins is personable, optimistic, and pleasant on every occasion. He is hard-working, familiar with product lines/knowledgable- and I feel a tremendous asset to MACYS!!!
I do like Macys but I wish they would stay open later especially summer hours Saturdays and Sundays
