Excellent staff, so helpful. Huge store with a lot of variety for tj maxx.
Happy to find useful items on sale, but appauld at unprofessionalism by front-end manager. Am item was mis-tagged, at discretion of store as to response, but no polite apology was proffered for the misinformation, no personable presentation of new price, no friendliness or any indication store reps were glad customers were even there. I've worked retail and know it's low pay and challenging, but I know what good customer service is - and that wasn't it. I know less-than respectable customers may try to switch tags for discounts, but we felt like we were treated as if that was something we had done - and it certainly was not!
