I love Sears. Always have. You never have to find someone to help you, they come to you.
I used to love Sears. Have had a Sears card forever. Not anymore. Be very careful about buying any appliance maintenance contracts from them. I've had 2 recent experiences w/ them. I bought a new washer in June. The Sears technician came to see what the problem was w/the machine. Kept saying there was nothing wrong w/ it. Can you believe after having it 4 months it needed new shocks? That is insane! I also needed my dryer checked out. Spent another $75 for a service call and he said there was nothing wrong w/ it. Money wasted and the clothes still don't dry. I will never use Sears again

This was by far the worst customer experience. Incompetence from beginning to end. Bought a refrigerator and paid for delivery and removal of the old one. Do not repeat our mistake! Cut through the chase, we returned it "still undelivered ". This is why they are losing business!
It's no wonder Sears will be out of business soon. With there customer service... The sooner the better!
Went to buy a new garage door opener. Cash only since there computers were down. Called to see if they are back on-line before I make the trek back over there. No one answers the phone. I tried to buy it online and have it shipped to my home. The site wouldn't recognize my address so I couldn't complete the order. (No phone # offered on the site so I couldn't call and place the order manually).
