My boyfriend submitted an application to Dr Patel’s office to become a patient! He received a phone call from a secretary who told him the wouldn’t take him as a patient because he has chronic pain! He was told told they don’t except patients that have pain! He isn’t on any pain meds! He called back to speak to a manager and the secretary hung up on him for the second time!! I can’t believe a doctors office would refuse to treat a patient who has numerous medical issues the least of which is his pain!! Disgraceful to be turned away for such a reason!! I have been going to Hyannis Family Medical for about 2 years. I have always been treated honestly and fairly. They are always fast and great if I need to reschedule. I moved off cape about 8 months ago and I still drive to my doctor every 3 weeks because of the staff, they are great. I would absolutely recommend this doctors office to anyone.
I've had Dr. Patel for probably about 10 years …And I have nothing but good, positive things to say about his caring, patient, very professional and friendly staff & medical team. I've Had many doctors in my life and I would never want to go anywhere else for primary care.
Everyone is always very kind and super friendly I enjoy each visit with them
It was great they help us with very little waiting time and got us out quickly
