So, room nice, bed comfortable, mostly quiet until a dumpster got emptied and slammed down in next door lot at 2am. Right next door to duck boats and ryan family bowling. Continental breakfast, bagels, muffins, oranges, coffee but we opted for local breakfast places. Easy to walk every where, town, bars, restaurants, shops and waterfront. The owners were always visible and were friendly. We choose here because it was inexpensive so it was sort of what I expected. The building probably needs some money put into it to look like the photos I saw online, and the pool is no longer open. I must have come across some old photos. But there is enough to do and beaches everywhere and you could easily access other motel pools if you wanted. There are many other choices, however if you are on the cape your room should not be your priority unless you are on a beach cottage. Yes, I would stay again.

My fiance booked this place by mistake we arrived and it was too late to cancel our book anywhere else. We are happy we ended up there. Outside for place needs work but the inside of our room was fine and the staff was really nice. Not fancy but it's in the middle of main Street. Good place!

I had never stayed at this property. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the central location was ideal for exploring Historic Hyannis. The property serves a good breakfast included in the rates, and there is an attached pub (Duck Inn Pub) with outside seating under a tent, reasonably priced beverages and a really friendly and efficient staff. Entertainment with out a cover and karaoke Thursdays. My only concern was the less than friendly office staff. My questions were responded to as if I was making accusations when all I wanted was an explanation. I chock this up to seasonal burnout. Running a motel is exhausting. I know because I managed several Holiday Inns, worked at the 5-star Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach and was a trouble shooter for a management company that ran 10 hotels. I highly recommend the Cape Cod Inn. Don't let staff burn out get under your skin. Hit the Duck Inn Pub, then just relax watching Main Street walk by. Enjoy.

Booked this place because it was the closest to town and the train station with enough stars to be acceptable. The room was a decent size, had an odor but wasn't too bad - a weird cleaning smell that got better once the A/C ran for awhile. Windows can be opened which also helped. Room had been renovated, the bathroom was small but very nice and the shower head spray was surprisingly wonderful. Some crumbs noted next to the beds and it needed a deeper cleaning along the walls. Carpet could be cleaner. Beds were OK. Not enough outlets if you need to charge more than one phone (outside of the bathroom). The fridge was a nice surprise and there was also an iron and board, 2 luggage racks, a table and chairs, and a large dresser. Staff was friendly and responsive. Caveat - to ensure a good sleep, get a second floor room - we suffered the crashing and thumping of a family with a teenager until 3 a.m. that only stopped after I banged the ceiling with my ironing board. We did not try the continental breakfast or the pub. A plus for families - there is a small arcade with an easy-to-use swipe card and bowling alley right next door. The duck mobile tours leave right out front. Fantastic location for accessing all the Main St. attractions.

My experience here was great, they are very friendly and the Room's are clean and the price is very reasonable... everything is in waking distance. I highly recommend cape cod in.
