I called with a dilemma. I needed to fit a queen bed or larger up a narrow stairwell. I did not know what options were available. Bill Collins answered all my questions and explained my options. I was down to the Hyannis store within the hour. Bill worked with my given budget, and helped me find the most comfortable option. The bed was delivered the following day. The delivery guys were neat and respectful, and ON TIME. A great, 5 star experience, from start to finish, and slept like a happy baby!
We went in looking for options and expertise. Bill and Phil both were there to carefully explain and demonstrate the technology and different brands available. There was no pressure. We chose a Beautyrest hybrid with memory foam. After a few nights it we discovered we preferred a more traditional feel. They were quick to arrange an exchange and credited our account for the difference. All perfect at this point. It does pay to go to the professionals!
My husband and I were shopping for mattresses and after visiting a number of other stores, we walked in to Mattress Firm feeling confused and overwhelmed. Bill Collins met us at the door and greeted us warmly. He fitted us for a mattress that was right for us by showing us how our bodies should be aligned when on our sides and back. He simplified everything and we felt informed and confident in our purchase. Mattress Firm also gives you four months to exchange your mattress for any reason which is longer than anywhere else we'd been. On top of that, unlike other places, they refund you the difference if you choose a less expensive bed and they don't charge a re-stocking fee. A great store and a great salesman. We chose a Simmons Legend and a Simmons Black bed because we did an adjustable Split King so we were able to have different mattresses without sleeping in separate beds. The price was better than anywhere else too. We are very happy with the whole experience, thank you Bill!
The level of service my wife and I received at the Mattress Firm location in Hyannis was amazing. I have been in sales my whole life and I can recognize true excellence when I see it. Bill is a real expert and if you want to walk in to a store and be valued as a customer go right here. I am beyond satisfied and will be a loyal client for life.
