We've been renting vehicles in January every year for a few years now. Always request an oversized SUV. All but last year was positive. We were given a Ford Expedition which did not accommodate us, but we had no choice but to take it. Staff is not always there, but overall it's been a goid experience, staff is always nice. Will rent again this year hoping for that oversized vehicle we request, and pre pay!

The deal I did was unlimited everything for a set price. When I returned the vehicle they tried to overcharge me for gas. Still disputing.
