I usually rent cars here and always i had good experience but the woman that was working on 12/24 was so rude and she didn't want to help me. If you have to work for Christmas I'm sorry but we're clients, don't forget!!
I will never work with this company again. When I planned to get my car worked on I told them I had to be at work by 830 and they said I would get picked up at 8 and be out with a car in time. I didn't get picked up till 830 and was 45 min late to work. When I was told multiple times that I would have no problem getting a ride in time for work. Then when I am dropping my car off I called ahead to say I needed a ride and was told no problem but when I got there I was told that no one was around to drive me. I have never left a bad review for any place I have gone but this company was very unorganized and I will never deal with them again.
I rented a car recently because my car was being repaired. I called Hertz and the process was very easy. The rates were better than other rental companies. When I picked up the car the staff completed the paper work in a friendly manner and very quickly. The car was very clean.
I was scammed ripped off stolen from ect. I picked my car up Monday 9/19/16 they put it in for Friday 9/16/16 . Dropped my car off at the mechanic called in on 11/4/16 . They didn't have a driver to pick up the car till Monday 11/7/16 . They put that as return date was charged an extra 6 days. Called numerous times. And was given a credit back for the incorrect amount 2 times they still owed me money they refused to give me the rest took over a month-and-a-half to get it back finally had to call corporate to get my money be very careful and check your days that you rented your vehicle they will scam you.
