Absolutely atrocious service.
Very good got my car very fast
First I wasn't offered a selection I was just rented the most expensive car. I then asked if they had something less expensive? They did, gave me the keys and I went on my way. When I reached my destination I realized I had still been charged for the expensive car when I returned the following day I pointed it out to the attendant the same person to rent me the car. She stated that she realized the mistake right away and it was already taken care of. I realized about a week later not only had the rental not been corrected but i also never got my $200 deposit back. I call Thrifty customer service they said I had to call a specific line between 9 to 5 finally got through to that line they said I needed to call the place I rented the car so I did they told me half the deposit was kept because I probably went over estimated mileage. Well that's not true Not only was I under mileage but it was returned full of gas. I called back and explained that wasn't possible and I need a better explanation as to why I never got my deposit back. No call back. Not only was I charged for the more expensive car but they kept half my deposit with no explanation no bill nothing. I'm in the customer service business and this is absolutely unacceptable treatment I will never rent here again and I will always tell people to never rent here. On top of all this the car they rented me was in terrible condition and cost more than Hertz Avis or Enterprise.
