Do not use this company unless you really have to! I had to rent from them three times because every other company was sold out. Every time there was something...I had reservation and exact pick up time. Still we waited somebody to bring the car or there was no one on the counter, so we waited for a staff. The first time we waited almost 2 hours, the second time more than 1 hr and the last time there was nobody at the counter so we had to wait again!
Horrible customer service. Better off with budget. never had a problem and they're cheaper.
Reserved a convertible to surprise my Dad for Father's Day since he has always wanted one. The day before Fathers Day, I get a call from enterprise saying they don't have a convertible we can have on that day. Spent all day calling other companies to try to reserve one, but it's too late. Thanks for ruining our Father's Day Enterprise.
Bad car at Logan. Couldn't get through. No one answers phone or constant busy signal. Delivered replacement car next day but too small. Won't fit our luggage. Lower class than we paid. Can't get ahold of anyone there. Never using again
