There's truly no words I can use to describe how amazing these people are!! Quick back story. My life has been nothing but a struggle. I came to Balise expecting the same "no" I had gotten 3 times that same week. Nope! They said they would fight for me to get into a car. They damn well did. Jim and Ryan started out with us, fighting every obstacle that came our way. Then I met Vanessa, who dealt wonderfully with every annoying phone call I made because my stress levels were through the roof. She continuously made me feel at ease and comfortable. I didn't deal with Patrick personally, but even he was wonderful in helping us find a way to cash our money order to put down the deposit. All four of these people are caring, and make you feel like family. Not once did they make me feel inadequate like the other dealerships I had visited. Now I'm typing this while sitting (in park of course) in my new car! Seriously people, if you need a car, forget the other places and go right to Balise!!! Hands down.
I will be purchasing any future family cars here. Jim and Silas made the process easy. I highly recommend coming to them if you need a car. Jim worked hard to get me approved when no one else could help. They not only got me approved for a car but got me into the car I love! I have purchased many cars before. The process can mean spending the day at the dealership. These guys did not waste any of my time. Thank you guys for helping me get into my Lexus!
Fidora is one of the greatest salesman I have ever came across. She was very professional and informative. Such a great person with an incredible personality. I think she deserves to get recognized for her outstanding work ethic. I am so glad she was able to lead me through the process of deciding what kind of car I want. I am very happy and I am surely going to come back here in the future if I am ever interested in another car.
As I was new at this and wanted to be sure I am making the right choice I choose Balise Nissan for purchasing my new car. I couldn't have made better choice because this guys are awesome. One of their workers Silas Do Valle helped me every step of the way. He showed me as many options as possible, walked with me through the process making sure I am on the right track. I had a really great service and felt like they really valued my business. Highly recommending them!
I wouldn't recommend buying anything here. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service after the purchase of a vehicle. Their salesmen also DO NOT know anything about the vehicle and how to run the vehicle and what features it has. Also make make ZERO effort to have someone else who is knowledgeable about it show you about the vehicle they just sold you. If you give them a bad survey they WILL NOT contact you to resolve the issues!! Service department is a JOKE. They do not care, they just say nothing wrong and blow it out the door. They are only interested in cash gravy work like brakes and flushes. They could careless about any issues with new car till it towed in and wont move. And then they still hassle you and tell you that you are WRONG and it's not their fault! The service manager Don is an pompous jerk. Wound definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle or service hear!!!!!!!!!
