These folks are top notch, from start to finish this was the best buying experience I have had yet. My family and i moved up here to RI from Florida for my job and needing a 4 wheel drive for the winter was a necessity. Rick and Rick JR were both very informative friendly and helpful. the financing went easier than i would have ever thought. The truck I bought is a 2014 Toyota Tacoma and it is everything they explained it to be . I was promised certain things in the deal even as simple as the fuel tank being topped off and they hit everything on the list. we have had it a couple weeks now and the entire family loves it. Thank you guys for everything I will for sure recommend you to anyone looking .
I just have to say...What a very pleasant experience. From walking in the and meeting Dom and Rick SR. They greated me and joked and made me feel at home. Usually you walk into a car place and you have some preconceived notions on being pressured. And the angst of buying process being long and drawn out. I met Rick Jr. he let me test drive a car. Asked me if I liked it. Then came up with the figures, shook my hand and said let's get this done. I emailed Rebekah several times prior to this and after. She always responded to my emails promptly and very courteous. I just have to say anything I was feeling about this being painful process went right away. I can't praise the people at Cape Cod Carz enough - Rebekah, Rick Jr, Rick Sr and Dom. All were great. They were willing to work with me and genuinely helpful. I am now a very PROUD owner of a 2008 BMW 535xi! I STRONGLY recommend anyone who's in search of a quality used vehicle - To go to Cape Cod Carz! You will be amazed at the level of customer service. Also, how at ease they make it for you to make a good choice. I never usually do reviews. But, I had to shout out how well I was treated.
