We had never owned a Subaru before and had many questions about reliability, technology and most of all about the symmetrical all-wheel drive. Our wonderful salesman, George Costa, handled all of our questions with a very honest ease. There was no sales pitch, just a straight forward explanation. We had a couple of other concerns about financing, delivery times, and service all of which George fielded with a comfortable expertise. And if there was something out of the ordinary he went and found the correct answer.

Rob and Chris actually made buying a car an enjoyable experience. It was my daughter's first car, and they did everything they could to get her the best deal possible, from the price of the car to the extras. They had a great sense of humor while being honest and transparent about pricing. They spent much time and effort explaining the steps to buying a car, the car itself, maintenance, and other "fatherly" advice. Even when there were difficulties with our insurance (no fault of theirs), they maintained a positive atmosphere and continued their sense of humor while "going to bat" for us. I highly recommend anyone who is shopping for a Subaru to visit Rob and Chris @ Beard Subaru.
I have been buying cars regularly for 35 years now and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience of all. If I had to summarize with just one word it would be "family". The Beard Subaru "family" was warm, welcoming, patient, informed, and most of all eager to please.
We got our new 2018 Forester on Monday November 27... We were welcomed by Dada Springer when we arrived and he took great care of teaching us the new features on the new 2018 Forester.

The least I could've done was to write my review as soon as I left the service department, since Mike Putz and Jennifer got my repair done before I even finished my free coffee.
Sales is ok nothing big won’t really help you out service is a total racket Call me $500 to replace something that should cost only $300 the part cost 200 bucks it only takes 15 mins to change so I told them no thanks I’m not going to pay that I will break else where so they went ahead and completed the other 1000 dollars worth of service and then tried to charge me a fee of 97 dollars for a Diagnostic charge to diagnose the grill shutters which they want to completely over charge me to replace as I said I went with other service is is wrong to do this to someone I hope they are not doing this to all these Seniors that come in stay away from Jim is is a very rude unprofessional man did not treat me well at all
Chris DaCosta was great when we close the business portion... told us all the options we can have and process our paperwork very fast!!
Later we had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manger Dan Stewart and George Mead the Business Manager. Again, the overarching theme was "welcome to our family".
