Got my Toyota Camry 2013 SE from this place about a month ago, I'm very satisfied so far, no issues with the car, interior in excellent condition. Marat was very professional, found me a requested car within a week or so. Price is very reasonable, i was looking for a new car about a month, went to. It's my second car, had a bad experience with first car (engine got bad and i had to sell it for cheap) because i bought it from private party. But I'm glad i went to dealership for my second car. Would definitely recommend this place.

So, fast forward the 2000 mile drive back here, and our technician gets it up on the lift. Immediately we are told that the rust has eaten through the frame of the vehicle. That is not surface rust.

Happy I checked this place. Couldn't find myself a car for a long period of time. Friendly people helped me to buy myself good used vehicle. Very happy

My experience of this place is not very good. I am a dealer out in Texas. We called Exit Auto about a 2004 4Runner that fit what our customer wanted to buy. The gentleman that answered the phone confirmed that it was available, we asked if the vehicle was in retail type of condition. We are 2000 miles away from Exit Auto, so we related this to him and asked him to be our eyes on the ground so that we did not spend around $1000 on a trip out there that would turn out with a negative result. The representative whom I believe is the owner of EXIT Auto told us that there was one part that would need replaced, but he would go ahead and honor the online price and replace it. We took this as an awesome sign and were very appreciative and told him to put our name on it, we would fly someone out there to pick it up. So, our driver gets there and gets under the car and sees that there is some rust. We understand that vehicles in Massachusetts do get rust, so when our driver called us to tell us this we had him send us as good of pictures as he could. With it not being on a lift, it was almost impossible to tell the extent of the rust. The photos looked like surface rust in the spot he sent us the pictures of, and we called our representative at EXIT auto and he told us MULTIPLE times that it was just surface rust, no real damage.

Since it is a wholesale deal, we are stuck with the vehicle with no real legal claim against EXIT auto. We called him to see if he would buy it back no harm no foul, and he replied back by saying he would buy it back from us for $600 less than we bought it from him for and the cost of getting it back to him would be on us.

Out of all the dealerships around this one is now my number one. It's so easy to talk to them and they are really helpful. We sat down they walked me though what kind of car can I expect for my budget, showed me my options, listened to what I had to say and in the end helped me to choose Lexus RX 350. Same time traded in my old Camry. Highly recommend!

This is my story about dealing with them where EXIT auto seems to place themselves over their business partners, even if they said something that put their business partner in a bad spot. So to advise anyone buying here, you might want to double check everything yourself before finalizing anything that legally binds you to any sort of contract or agreement. Doesn't seem you can count on them to just answer a question honestly.

In business, there are tons of things you don't have to do that you should do in order to do the right thing. In my opinion, if you have a dealer travel 2000 miles, confirm verbally that they have nothing to worry about, and then they get the vehicle in their possession and can't even get it to pass an inspection, you should do the right thing and AT LEAST buy it back from us for what we bought it from you for, if not buy it for what you sold it for PLUS the amount of money it took to pick it up.

I usually buy cars from past owners and distrust dealerships but a friend of mine was so happy with her car that managed to convince me to go check this place out. They didn't have a Toyota Avalon I wanted by I left my phone number and in about a week the manager called me and invited to come and take a look at the Avalon they recently put on their lot. Clean, low mileage, zero issues with warranty, price is below market... It was an easy choice even for a skeptic like me. It's not like I suddenly start trusting car dealers, but I would come and do business with them again.
