When I shop the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have some issues finding things I've needed and I think something need to be rearranged for ease for older shoppers but other than that, the staff is great and I like the store.
When someone takes advantage of a child or and elderly person we genneraly label these types of people or companies predators.
Staff was great just don't like being up sold every time I go shopping there especially electronics and pitched warranty on cheap items aggressively
My uncle 81 years old was sold a smartphone from this store about two months ago, he has no ability to learn to use this phone. Today I brought him in to help clear up another problem he was having with the phone (emergency calls only).
Thorough customer service. However they are limited in their ability to accommodate special circumstances or make a judgment call when handling customer concerns. Checkout service was superb and friendly! David went above and beyond making for a very pleasant experience. Name might be wrong but he is retired Canadian military!
The gentlemen who we saw today is the same man who sold my uncle the phone, I suggested to him that he should not be selling phones to people when it is pretty clear they will only have trouble using advanced technology and a simpler phone would have been better.
The Highest percentage of upset people I've ever experienced. They are doing so bad that they are renting spots to other company's to come in and sell you solar panels while you shop.
