This truly is the worst store to visit. The employees are terrible and do not know how to provide customer service. There have been many times when I pre-ordered a game and I arrive at the store to see employees throwing around DLC posters because they were unable to open the package properly, say that had very few pre-ordered games available when they actually have a full stock in store and vice-versa. If you want to buy games and consoles go to Best Buy. Best Buy sucks as well, but it is still better than this GameStop.

Great Store!! Love the employees and staff. They told us when they were getting in more Nintendo Switches and said they wont unbox them untill we get there. So nice really organized. Fair trade deals. I got $ 75.00 USD For my WII U and 3 other games. I think that is very fair. Helpful to. Great Store to go to.
