Amazing service from bill and Tim!!! They were incredibly attentive and made sure every aspect of our television and sound system were perfect! They did this the w/e before Thanksgiving and I were friendly and so professional! Will NEVER deal with anyone else regarding our TVs or electronic devices. Is it obvious to anyone else that the negative reviews are from people who have their own issues? Solid, family run business that has survived nearly 40 years on good customer service. Installer explained to me they only install equipment bought in store as they can vouch for quality and functionality that way...makes sense right?
