Customer service is outstanding! The environment walking in is welcoming to say the least. I believe Pedro helped me get my new phone this time, and he was very nice, knew what he was doing and got me in and out of there. Love it ! The team you have at this store keeps me coming back, because its not a boring or pushy process. Appreciate the great services! Thanks You! -Britt
Hopefully they'll value these employees and give them the money they're worth since they save the store when it comes to costumer service.
EVEN IF you're buying something most try to push cases, screen protectors and other items to make a sale.
Now that I'm done with sprint won't have to return there.

Like I said one or two employees save the store but it's not enough overall.
Went in for the first time cause my LG G3 I've had to about 3 years finally stopped working on me so I went in with my mom to ask see what a Samsung Galaxy S8 would run me it ended up being like 200$ more than it would be on Amazon as soon as I said I was interested in the S8 the sales rep is pushing my mom to buy the phone there and then (she isn't even the one buying the phone). I ended up buying the phone from Amazon but need a new SIM card so I go into the store a couple days later get ignored for 10 minutes and have to wait 20 minutes for the rep to tell me I need my mom with me for them to put a new SIM card into my phone. I have to drive back to my house get my mom and drive back so we can wait in line again and literally have the sales rep ask her if it's ok to put the SIM card in to my new phone. After all this hassle the sales rep tries to upsell me on cases and accessories. I understand policy is policy but you could at least treat your customers with some degree of respect and understanding. Should have been a quick simple visit but was made unnecessarily long and complicated.
Yes there is one or two employees who will go out of their way to help but overall most employees won't care unless you are buying something.
I went there at 7pm (store closes at 8), there were two people "working" at this time and one of them told me that he can't help me (I wanted to pay off my phone) because he has an appointment with another customer in 25 minutes!! Same person also told me that the other employee can't help me because he is too busy with something else (he wasn't even sure exactly what his coworker is doing but it was clear that nobody is going to help me).
Ordered online. Went in and he set the phone up I paid then on my way. Good experience.
It's understandable they make extra cash on commission but some common sense here and there should be expected but now days "common" sense is not so common anymore.
In the end he told me I should call and do whatever I want over the phone...
But that's what you get when you have one of the worst cellphone providers around.
Costumer service at this store unfortunately is the worst.
