I've been to the service department 2 times in the past year and received great service in a timely fashion. Before any extra work is done, it is explained in detail and a cost estimate is offered. Many thanks to Justin Brandt for his fine service. Also, the waiting area is first class. Why go anywhere else?
Jack Moloney was collegial and incredibly knowledgeable about Toyotas. He accomodated any request we had and was able to find a Rav4 that we love. He explained details that we may not have been familiar with and happily answered all of the many questions we had. From start to finish with financing, registering, and inspecting having everything on site made the process so simple. The dealership has good selection and staff worked hard to find the right car. I was going to finance with an outside group but the business manager was able to get me a better rate thru Toyota. A few mishaps along the way but the gentleman I worked with was able to rectify any issues. All in all very good service.
