Went to purchase parts, was greeted promptly and politely. Marie handled the order professionally. The experience was so comfortable, I purchased a riding jacket and will return for more accessories. Not only that, Brian in Sales answered all of my questions about a new motorcycle knowledgeably, without being pushy or aggressive. Overall my experience was steller...this is what you miss shopping online.
I've only ever gotten good advice (that I should have taken) and good service. Please support this local business were fortunate to have them on Cape Cod and I don't want them to go away. Oh and I own all Honda and I'll never stray again.
Never go there. EVER! Took my dirt bike in to get the tube repaired and they never put the rim stop in which wasn't there before so I can only assume that's why I got the flat in the first place. That was definitely the reason the second time. Had a professional do it at track and he knew that it was the reason without even taking off the tire. Called to get some of my 90$ back from labor and he said since it was over a month ago he could do nothing about it and hung up. Wow. Bad customer service too. They must have an attitude because they are the only place to go on the cape. Would not let them touch my bike again if my life depended on it. You shouldn't either. If they can't do simple stuff they definitely can't do complicated stuff at all. Good luck. Your going to need it...
Local business I've been going to for many years I'm happy to have a quality product dealer who tells it straight. I wanted to get my 2 boys into the sport on the cheep ( I know better than to buy Chinese) the Honda dealer had no used so I mentioned Chinese the owner warned against it. Some people can take advice like this in a negative way ,thinking he's just trying to sell me something or put one over on me but no he was absolutely correct. I purchased 2 and I'm back and I'm ashamed. With nothing more than lighter pockets and a couple piles of broken JUNK.
Brought in a much older four wheeler I bought from them years ago to get it fixed as it's been sitting for quite some time! Only took a few days and didn't cost a lot! Very nice customer service! Told me what was wrong with it and what they had to do! This was two years ago and I still have had no problems with my four wheeler! It runs like new!
