These people are the salt of the earth. They truly get it! They will work with you no matter the issue whether it be financing, price, or just help in general choosing what would work best for your needs in terms of a vehicle. Had a minor issue almost 6 months after their warranty expired and they willingly worked with me to get it resolved. I have and will send people to them and won't hesitate to use them again.
I bought a Toyota Tacoma with these guys a few months back. They were super nice and accommodating, that's for sure. I did have one small item that needed to get fixed and they took car of it hands down. I didn't have to chase anyone down and I didn't get pushback, it was always, no problem. I stopped by to look at a 2009 Toyota Matrix that I saw in the paper and was quite surprised by the level of service I received from this Family owned business, their level of professionalism is amazing, a level of service that rivals, and is on par with the big-car chains. I wasn't "sold" on anything, no pressure, no sales pitch, and no BS. Any concerns I had with the car were resolved, and to quell my fears additional work was performed which solidified the deal.
