Over the course of 2 years I spent close to $3000 with them fixing up a used truck. The most recent expense was the purchase of 4 new tires and rims in August of 2015. Yesterday when I had my truck in for service I was told I didn't have the key I needed for the lug nuts. When I called to ask, I was told I would have to purchase the key because they would have given it to me. I couldn't understand after spending all that money they would still charge me. When I said if that was the case I would have put the key in my center console of my truck knowing it was necessary to get the tires off. I was told how do we know you didn't lose it. Then I was told it was $9, then they came back saying it was $15. It's too bad they don't believe in customer good faith. I may not know how to change oil or fix a brake line but when a auto expert tells me you will need this for your tires , I know better and leave it in my truck/car. Big shout out to Specialty Truck and Auto for helping and discounting the key I needed.
